| You could say that real estate is in Marla Moresi's blood. Her grandfather was a Swiss-Italian immigrant and builder-contractor who helped develop the Marina/Cow Hollow District here in San Francisco. Later, her uncle founded Moresi Realty, a local property sales and management company. When Marla was ready, she joined Moresi Realty where she learned the ropes of real estate investment and management.
Marla's transition into full time real estate sales was a smooth one. She was especially delighted to join McGuire Real Estate — a company she's been aware of ever since she was a little girl growing up in the Marina District surrounded by McGuire "For Sale" signs. Today as one of their top associates, Marla embodies her company's commitment to honesty, integrity, and service.
Marla brings a fresh perspective to the real estate business and is passionate about her work. Her clients say she demonstrates an integrity that is rare. When representing buyers she works tirelessly on their behalf to find them the perfect home within their budget. For sellers she delivers a drive and work ethic that guarantees them the highest price possible. In addition, she treats every listing with a level of service worthy of a multi-million dollar property.
Marla bought her first home when she was 25, and has been investing in San Francisco real estate ever since. Currently she resides in a set of flats in the Cow Hollow District. When not working, she feeds her passion for fitness and theater; and enjoys time at home with her dog, a Bichon Frise' named Calvin.
