Real estate is in my blood. As a native San Franciscan, I grew up exploring every inch of the city and cultivated a passion for its unique architecture. My grandfather was a Swiss-Italian immigrant and builder-contractor who helped develop the Marina/Cow Hollow District. From an early age, I trained under my uncle learning the ropes of real estate investment, leasing and management. He helped me develop a keen sense of how to logically solve complex problems.

I truly love my job and I know first hand how to relate to my clients. I bought my first home when I was 25 years old and have invested in San Francisco real estate ever since.

Today I am recognized as one of the top-producing agents at Sotheby’s International Realty. I'm proud to say that I successfully represent buyers, sellers, investors and developers in San Francisco and Marin counties in the sale of T.I.C.’s, condominiums, single-family homes, multi-unit apartments & mixed-use buildings.

I am extremely full-service. I have a team of experienced architects, designers, stagers & technicians whom I work with on a day to day basis. It’s my motto to be open, honest and realistic. I treat every client purchase or sale as if it was my own, striving to save both time and money. I am also highly organized—some may even call me a perfectionist! I make sure that all the moving parts are in sync, never skipping a beat. I skillfully walk my clients through the entire home buying & selling process by keeping them informed with daily updates and checklists so that everyone is aligned around next steps. 
 

When I'm not working, you can find me either exercising, trying out new restaurants, wine tasting, enjoying the theater or spending quality time with my Bichon Frisé dog Lulu. I am also an avid runner. One of my proudest accomplishments was completing Western States, a 100-mile endurance run…in just one-day.

 

Marla graduated with a double major from the University of California Davis in Rhetoric & Communication and Dramatic Arts. She currently resides in a set of flats in Cow Hollow, San Francisco.

 Marla is bar none the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She is a good communicator and keeps you in the loop. She is very industrious and gets things done to sell your home in a quick and high quality manner. You know all costs up front and she is very helpful in getting your home current and updated for sale.
